Team RRU are celebrating the recent promotion of two of our much-loved colleagues!
Following sustained year-on-year growth, we’ve promoted two long-standing team members into senior roles.
Matthew Brister has been promoted to Head of Business at Resins ‘R’ Us. Matthew joined the business shortly after it was founded and has spent seven years helping to scale operations, develop the company’s transport fleet and build its nationwide delivery capability.
“Resins ‘R’ Us has been a huge part of my life for the past seven years,” said Matthew Brister.
“Taking on the role of Head of Business is something I’m incredibly proud of. We’ve built a strong team here in Norfolk, and my focus is on continuing that growth while maintaining the family values, service standards and hands-on approach our customers trust.”

Alongside this, Lee Jones has been promoted from Office Manager to General Manager, following five years at the heart of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Matthew Brister added:
“As the business has grown, it’s been essential to recognise and invest in the people who helped build it. Lee’s promotion is a natural next step and reflects his leadership, commitment and deep understanding of how the business operates. This strengthened leadership team puts us in a brilliant position to support installers as we continue to grow.”
